Pour me a drink, and no I'm not watching the Super Bowl... I'm a little depressed.

So, I decided to peek back into a property I’d been hoping to purchase and saw that it sold earlier this month. FML. In my opinion, it was overpriced, and while part of me is kicking myself for not ponying up, hindsight is 20/20—and I still struggle with the price. Oh yeah, f#$k the superbowl.
