What if my message is not delivered?
If a DaD Messenger isn’t available, you’ll be refunded (minus processing fees). Learn how we’re working toward 100% delivery.
Most messages are delivered successfully, but a few situations can prevent completion:
- No available messenger:
In some regions—such as parts of India—there may be fewer messengers available, especially those who speak certain languages. If no messenger is available to take your task within your selected delivery window, you’ll receive a prompt refund (minus non-refundable processing fees). - Messenger attempted delivery, but no one answered:
If a messenger does take your task and makes a good-faith attempt to deliver the message (including placing an international call), but the recipient does not pick up after reasonable attempts, this is considered a completed attempt. In this case, no refund applies, since the service was performed but the recipient was unreachable during the specified delivery window.
